Company Secretarial Senior Administrator We’re partnering with a leading global professional services firm to recruit a Company Secretarial Senior Administrator for its expanding London team. Key Responsibilities:You’ll manage a varied portfolio of UK corporate and fiduciary clients, delivering high-quality administration and outstanding client service.

Responsibilities include client onboarding, incorporation processes, coordinating board meetings, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records. You'll also support team training and technical development.

Key Skills:You will have experience in UK corporate services and be studying or qualified in CGI/STEP. You will have knowledge of the UK Companies Act. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication are essential.

Hybrid working: 

Three days in the office; two from home.
