- Prepare meeting minutes for the Board, Investment Committee, and other group entities.
- Coordinate and collate board packs for key internal committees.
- Support with Companies House filings, including confirmation statements and director changes.
- Maintain company secretarial records, registers, and structure charts.
- Respond to internal and external information requests
- Support the Company Secretary with administrative duties and document coordination.
- Help maintain a clear understanding of governance processes across all entity types.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to workload ownership.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to handle competing priorities.
- Confident minute-taking and familiarity with company secretarial tasks.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Diligent Company Secretary database.
- Relevant further education or ongoing professional qualifications advantageous
