We are currently recruiting for a Company Secretarial Assistant on behalf of a prestigious client in Mayfair, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with early experience in company secretarial, compliance, or trust administration roles. Key Responsibilities:

You will support the legal and compliance team in a broad range of responsibilities, including company secretarial tasks, KYC processing, drafting resolutions, liaising with external advisors and attending client meetings. You will also assist with trustee services, bank account management and paralegal support to the in-house solicitor. Strong administrative and organisational skills will be essential to manage a diverse and fast-paced workload.

Key Skills & Experience:

Candidates should hold a degree (preferably in Law), with 1–3 years' relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset are crucial. A second language or a master’s degree is advantageous. You must be proactive, adaptable and able to maintain strict confidentiality.

Hybrid: 

1 day work from home after 6 months, 2 days at home after 18 months.
