- Act as the central point of contact for project documentation and ensure up-to-date records
- Coordinate all project information including drawings, specifications, technical submittals, samples, letters, minutes and other electronic information
- Assist Project Manager with the production of the project H&S plan, site waste management, logistics plan, schedule of conditions, signage and implementation of the project filing system
- Champion document management systems
- Build strong relationships with the project team and external contacts, including architects, subcontractors, and designers
- Proficient user of EDMS systems, with a strong preference for Procore experience.
- Experienced in fit-out or construction projects.
- A team player who takes accountability, drives continuous improvement, and shows interest in team-based projects and day-to-day document control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Methodical, process-driven approach with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
