A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Europe's most successful venture capital firms. With a small but highly influential team in the London office (fewer than 10 employees), this role plays a crucial part in supporting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth running of a key international hub.

The Role

As Executive Assistant / Office Manager, you will provide high-level support to a Senior Partner, managing a complex and ever-changing diary, while offering light-touch support to the wider team. You will also take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the London office.

This is a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, particularly around deal closings, and requires someone who thrives under pressure and can remain composed and professional at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complex diary management for a Senior Partner, including scheduling across global time zones (US, Israel, Hong Kong)

  • Coordinating international travel and itineraries

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a 5-star client experience

  • Overseeing all office management duties including supplies, facilities, and liaison with the building landlord

  • Daily lunch orders and occasional event coordination

  • Creating high-quality presentations and documents (advanced PowerPoint skills essential)

  • Supporting internal and external communications with a polished and professional tone

About You:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager within a fast-paced, high-performance environment

  • Technically confident with strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach

  • Comfortable with a hands-on role that includes both strategic and administrative responsibilities

  • Able to remain flexible with occasional out-of-hours work, particularly during critical business periods

  • Experience working in financial services, venture capital, or a similarly demanding industry is highly desirable
