Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized professional looking to support a dynamic financial advisory team? We are seeking a proactive IFA Administrator to join a boutique firm and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs).
  • Prepare client documentation and reports.
  • Manage client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and internal teams.
  • Process new business applications and maintain accurate data records.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
