Join a friendly, knowledgeable team working on a major BTR development in Ealing. This is a great opportunity to build your experience in one of the fastest growing sectors in residential property.

The Role:

  • A 7 month Fixed Term contract
  • 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7
  • Key responsibilities:

-Respond to all resident and applicant enquiries in line with agreed service levels

-Handle communications with tenants, utility providers and local authorities

-Book viewing and manage team calendars

-Assist with vetting applicants, including those applying for LLR/DMR apartments.

-Prepare tenancy documents and support the leasing manager with admin duties

Desirable experience:

  • Previous experience in the property sector is a plus
  • Strong understanding of customer care principles and practices.
  • Strong IT skills and use of Microsoft office packages
