PEAR Recruitment - Lettings Administrator - Kensington & Chelsea

Salary £26,000 - £35,000 (Depending on Experience) + Performance bonus

Our client is a boutique, high-performing estate agency in the heart of Kensington & Chelsea. They are seeking an experienced and highly organised Lettings Administrator to support their lettings team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

They are looking for someone with around 2 year’s solid Administration experience and a year’s proven track record solely in property administration, if you can hit the ground running and confidently manage everything from referencing and compliance to drafting contracts and coordinating key operations.

Your determination to meet and exceed targets will come naturally to you, and your ability to form and develop relationships will be a winning asset!

Office & Team Support

  • Manage office supplies, keys, calendars, and general admin.
  • Be the first point of contact for landlord/tenant enquiries.
  • Organise property handovers, viewings, and internal scheduling.

Lettings & Compliance

  • Process tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks, and background screening.
  • Draft tenancy agreements, manage renewals, and register deposits.
  • Oversee compliance for all move-ins/outs and tenancy documentation.

Systems & Records

  • Maintain accurate records in Alto CRM and shared filing systems.
  • Support with tenancy reporting, budgeting, and operational tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property admin or lettings support role (essential)
  • At least 1 year in an estate agency office environment (essential)
  • Deep understanding of tenancy agreements, deposit regulations, and compliance processes
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident written and verbal communicator
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Alto preferred), MS Office, and digital tools
