A growing sustainable brand in White City, West London is seeking an Office Assistant with a salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum.
The position is hybrid with a 4:1 working model and offers the opportunity for long-term growth within the company.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sustainability-focused or environmentally friendly firm.
Key responsibilities include supporting product uploads to e-commerce sites, processing invoices, and providing general administrative support to sales and marketing teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive nature, high attention to detail, and previous finance admin experience, along with familiarity working with the Amazon platform.

The successful candidate will need to have experience working within a sustainable firm previously or environmentally friendly firm before to be able to embrace their environmentWHAT YOU’LL DOThis is a busy Office Assistant role which is perfect for someone looking for a varied and involved role. Duties will include

Supporting with uploading products to Amazon and other ecommerce sites
Processing invoices, compiling sales reports, VAT returns and payroll admin for the external accountant
Building the relationship with the warehouse, to ensure stock levels are maintained for future orders
Dealing with general admin support for the sales and marketing teams
Supporting senior managers with other ad hoc duties

At least 2 years in an admin role
Experience working in sustainability or an environmentally friendly brand/product previously
Previous finance admin experience
Have worked with Amazon platform
