This is a brand new role which will offer someone the chance to grow with the brand long term! The successful candidate will need to have experience working within a sustainable firm previously or environmentally friendly firm before to be able to embrace their environmentWHAT YOU’LL DOThis is a busy Office Assistant role which is perfect for someone looking for a varied and involved role. Duties will include
  • Supporting with uploading products to Amazon and other ecommerce sites
  • Processing invoices, compiling sales reports, VAT returns and payroll admin for the external accountant
  • Building the relationship with the warehouse, to ensure stock levels are maintained for future orders
  • Dealing with general admin support for the sales and marketing teams
  • Supporting senior managers with other ad hoc duties

  • At least 2 years in an admin role
  • Experience working in sustainability or an environmentally friendly brand/product previously
  • Previous finance admin experience
