Office Assistant
A global shipping company based in Victoria are currently seeking an administrator to join them, this role will be office based working Monday to Friday, 9-5pm.
Duties include:
- Welcome guests and be the first point of contact.
- Managing meeting rooms.
- Manage courier services and mail.
- Managing stationary orders.
- Assist with planning company events.
- Organise travel arrangements
- Handle invoices, managing petty cash and recording expenses.
- Support with HR tasks.
- Other adhoc administrative duties as required.
Candidates will ideally have some previous experience in either an office administration or receptionist position.
