Clarion Futures is one of 10 housing associations awarded a grant by Learning and Work Institute and Youth Future Foundation to deliver a Jobs Plus pilot programme supporting people into work and training. This programme is based in two hubs in Penge and Borehamwood, providing a range of support services under one roof, including housing, employment, health, skills, digital and financial inclusion. The pilot is funded until March 2026 and aims to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the Jobs Plus model in a UK context.

We're looking for a motivated, self-driven and organised Project Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of this externally funded programme. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality support to ensure the smooth running of Jobs Plus initiatives that make a real difference to people's lives.

In this role, you'll contribute to the delivery and promotion of Jobs Plus, which will include assisting with direct marketing campaigns, scheduling and supporting internal and external stakeholder meetings, attending events, creating and managing content across social media platforms, monitoring and maintaining candidate data and collating reports. You'll be the first point of contact for many individuals, handling telephone, email and web enquiries with professionalism and courtesy at all times.

The successful candidate will have at least a Level 2 qualification in functional skills (English and Mathematics) and be confident in using IT systems, including Word, Excel, Outlook and the internet. You'll be an excellent communicator, highly organised, reliable, able to work in line with agreed contract and quality standards and maintain accurate records in accordance with appropriate confidentiality, health and safety and GDPR legislation and guidance. The ability to multitask, meet deadlines and use your initiative will be essential, along with a positive, team-focused attitude.
