Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating property viewings, meetings, and calls for the investment and legal teams, ensuring smooth communication and diary management.
  • Handling incoming enquiries from agents, solicitors, and buyers, and recording key details accurately.
  • Supporting the team with property listing research, using platforms like Rightmove Plus and auction sites to gather comparable data and insights.
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems and property schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Assisting with sales progression and acquisition tracking, liaising with legal and investment stakeholders throughout the deal process.
  • Providing general administrative support across the business, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within property, legal, or financial services.
  • An interest in real estate, investment, or property transactions.
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
