Position Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Pay rate: £19.91ph
- Contract Type:Full-time, 3 months
- Hybird- Three days a week in the office
- Hours- Mon-Fri 35 hours per week
- Location:South Kensington
Purpose of the Role:As a Resource Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the Department Resource team. Working closely with the Departmental Resources Manager and other key personnel, you'll help manage day-to-day HR activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbox Management:Manage the HR inbox, addressing standard queries and escalating as necessary.
- Record Keeping:Maintain staff files and keep databases updated, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Staff Liaison:Communicate with new and existing staff regarding first-day arrangements, safety inductions, and right-to-work checks.
- Contract Management:Act as the requestor for contract changes and monitor staffing needs by sending reminders to line managers.
- Recruitment:Assist with recruitment processes by developing advert requisitions, arranging interviews, and facilitating onboarding.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based information systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
