Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a Senior Office Technology Specialist to join the Information Services team of one of our international law firm clients at their London office. In this role, you will ensure the firm's office IS infrastructure is effectively deployed and maintained, providing top-notch support to their staff. This position offers the opportunity to work in one of London's elite law firms, with a leading culture and office environment as well as a competitive salary and benefits package. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, timely IS services and maintain accurate processes.
  • Support colleagues and improve department knowledge.
  • Use ticketing systems to track and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  • Install and configure desktop, laptop, and telephone equipment.
  • Provide on-site technical assistance and support for office moves and technology equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity and telephone programming issues.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS-Office 365 Suite.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
