Team Assistant to Vice Presidents and Associates for West End based bank £45,000 - £49,000

This is an opportunity to apply your Team Assistant experience and skills in a busy, dynamic and successful business. You will work alongside other support professionals, where team work creates a challenging and enjoyable learning environment.

In this role, a hardworking approach, positive attitude and self-starting nature will be rewarded with increasing responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the team.

Hours: 9am - 5pm

One day working from home

Your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Complex diary management
  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Organising Travel and Visa
  • Processing expenses
  • Arranging conference call
  • Working within a team of assistants and covering for absence
  • Coordinating team events

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience working for an Investment Bank
  • Previous experience working for corporate organisations
  • Previous experience of working directly with external and internal stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of Outlook
  • Flexibility and proactivity
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • One day working from home
