This is an exciting temporary position starting on Tuesday 13th May and running through September 2025. If you're ready to dive into the world of construction and support a fantastic team, read on!

Location:Conveniently located just a 6-minute walk from Tottenham court road tube station, our client's office is positioned perfectly for easy access in the heart of London.

What You'll Be Doing:

As the Project Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the office and supporting the Construction Project Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Capturing and documenting on-site progress by taking regular photographs.
  • Completing and maintaining company-issued progress checklists to ensure consistent project tracking.
  • Performing general personal assistant (PA) administrative duties, including scheduling and organising documents.
  • Uploading site photos, checklists, and relevant documentation to the company's project management cloud system.
  • Facilitating smooth handovers between trades by coordinating transition checklists and confirming site readiness, ensuring minimal disruption to project time lines.
  • Representing the organisation in meetings on behalf of I&S Construction.
  • Managing and updating the project schedule using project-specific software (training will be provided).
  • Assisting with any additional tasks as requested by Jonathan.
