Role Engineering Manager

Location Westminster

Working Hours 7:00am-7:00pm - 4 on 4 off (Days Only)

Salary - £65,000 per annum + package

TecRec are currently looking to speak to Engineering Managers to work on a prestigious contract based in Westminster, Central London.

Due to the nature of the contract the candidate will be required to undergo DV Clearance.

Our client is an industry leading FM & Building Services provider who operate across the UK providing technical services to their clients.

As the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for the following on a critical site.

Managing and overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical systems on site

Managing the BMS, systems HV SCADA, Schneider, Lighting

Overseeing the permittance of subcontractors

Approving RAMS and issuing Sanctions to Isolate.

Checking all PPM work, managing KPIs and SLAs

Carrying out operational and maintenance activities as directed by the Senior Operations Manager, conducting work in a safe and suitable manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications, such as.

C&G/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation

C&G 2391

Experience in maintenance

SSoW Permitting experience

Familiar with Schneider BMS

HV Authorised is desirable
