- Oversee the smooth running of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service
- Line management of reception staff, including training and ongoing performance management
- Support leadership team with budget tracking and cost control
- Liaise with third-party facilities providers to coordinate building maintenance, fire testing and security requirements
- Support and collborate with the broader organisation on adhoc projects, where required
- Previous experience managing a busy front-of-house role
