Operations ManagerWe are seeking an agile Operations Manager to join a large, well-recognised organisation based in Central London. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the front-of-house for a brand new site, including management of reception staff. The role will suit a highly organised individual with a positive attitude, professional approach, and outstanding customer service skills.Location: London (Central)Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £35KWHAT YOU’LL DOThe key responsibilities of this role will include:
  • Oversee the smooth running of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service
  • Line management of reception staff, including training and ongoing performance management
  • Support leadership team with budget tracking and cost control
  • Liaise with third-party facilities providers to coordinate building maintenance, fire testing and security requirements
  • Support and collborate with the broader organisation on adhoc projects, where required
