Our client is looking for a Residents Manager to work at a Luxury Residential site in East London

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Main Duties:

  • The Residents Manager will lead the on-site team to provide our residents, client, and customers an exceptional experience.
  • The Residents Manager should strive to become a key contact for our residents, team members and client through building strong relationships.
  • To support the ongoing asset management routines of the development, aiming to ensure contract, risk and mobilisation management tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Taking ownership of the developments risk management routines where appropriate, utilising systems and processes to ensure compliance.
  • Taking ownership of the developments contract management routines where appropriate, utilitising systems to ensure the appropriate contracts are tendered, implemented and any arising actions recorded.
  • Assisting with the drafting, control and reporting of the service charge budget and expenditure of the Development.
  • Attend and organise internal and external meetings including defects meetings, ops meetings, client meetings etc.
  • Carrying out regular inspection audits of the site and take/organise remedial action if and when required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Residential or 5* Hotels.
  • Reliable and timekeeping.
  • Immaculate presentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the highest level of customer service.
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
