Campaign Producer - Entertainment & Streaming Campaigns

Are you an experienced Campaign Producer who thrives in the fast-moving world of entertainment and streaming? We're looking for a Campaign Producer with strong production expertise to bring blockbuster campaigns to life across Europe.
The Role
This is a hands-on campaign production role where you'll manage the entire lifecycle of marketing content - from initial planning, pre-production and talent management, through to on-set campaign shoots and post-production delivery. Working across movies and TV series, you'll partner with creative, social, and operational teams to make sure marketing assets are produced on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
Expect a varied role where you'll:
- Lead end-to-end production for high-profile entertainment campaigns.
- Oversee workflow, resources, budgets, and schedules across multiple markets.
- Partner with agencies, creatives, and internal stakeholders to deliver compelling campaigns.
- Ensure assets are adapted, localised, and delivered across all formats (video, digital, and static).
- Spot opportunities to streamline processes and improve how campaigns are delivered at scale.
About You
You'll already be working in the entertainment, streaming, or studio world. You know how to manage large-scale marketing productions, and you're just as comfortable talking to talent on set as you are managing timelines and budgets.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven marketing shoot production experience is a must, ideally within TV, film, or streaming.
- A strong track record in project and creative production management - whether from an advertising agency, production company, or in-house studio.
- Fluency in digital, video, and static formats, with an eye for asset management and delivery.
- The ability to juggle multiple campaigns with precision, creativity, and a calm head.
