Electrical Site Manager

Electrical Site Manager required for a commercial refurbishment in Wandsworth, Greater London.

Rate: 35 Per Hour CIS

Hours: 5pm until 2am Monday to Thursdays ( 4 Evenings Per Week x 9 Hours Paid )

Duration: 10-12 Weeks Approx

Duties: Opening site for the subcontractor, ensuring H&S is adhered to, closing site once subcontractor leaves, liaising fully with the Project Manager throughout. Some minor containment install may be required during the project.

Requirements:
SMSTS / SSSTS
JIB Gold Card
1st Aid
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Manual Handling Certificate

As this is a government building a DBS will be required, paid for by our client.
