City-centre commercial scheme with mixed CAT A and CAT B areas. Join a Central London MEP contractor with a strong reputation for doing things properly.

Responsibilities

• Floor by floor delivery planning and logistics in a tight urban footprint

• QA to consultant standards and landlord approvals

• Commissioning coordination and witness to clean handover

Requirements

• Electrical site management in commercial fit out or mixed shell and core and fit out

• City logistics experience and strong stakeholder management

• CSCS and SMSTS
