We’re looking for a bright, tech-savvy, and highly organised individual to partner with our Founder & CEO and leadership team. This is a broad, hands-on role combining executive support, business operations, and project coordination — ideal for someone who loves variety, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to grow with a scaling company.

Please note this is a full-time Monday to Friday, office-based role.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO’s diary and inbox with foresight, ensuring time is spent on top priorities.
  • Anticipate needs — preparing agendas, briefings, and follow-ups for key meetings.
  • Coordinate complex international travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Support with expenses, purchasing, and budgeting.
  • Provide occasional personal support with discretion and efficiency.

Business Operations

  • Manage order processing across trade and export channels — ensuring accuracy and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations, from supplier coordination to office management.
  • Assist in preparing decks, reports, and agendas for management and board meetings.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and business improvement initiatives.

Generalist Support

  • Be the go-to problem solver for the leadership team — tackling ad hoc tasks and research with initiative.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Jump in wherever needed — no task too big or too small.

About You

  • Have experience working as executive assistant / personal assistant for a fast paced chief executive.
  • Bright, ambitious, and excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a scaling international company.
  • Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
  • Calm under pressure, resilient, and resourceful when things change quickly.
  • High emotional intelligence — able to build trust with senior stakeholders and teams across time zones.
  • Equally happy working strategically or rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
