Facilities Manager

Salary: £60,000 per annum

Contract: 6 months (with potential to roll on)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to join a prestigious real estate portfolio in Central London on a 6-month contract, with a potential for extension.

This role has become available to provide support to the wider FM team, who are currently covering multiple vacancies across the portfolio. You’ll play a key part in alleviating pressure and ensuring operational continuity across 3 key assets in West London.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of allocated sites, working closely with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain high standards across all areas of facilities management.

You may be asked to rotate across the portfolio depending on resourcing and team structure — flexibility is key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Manage service charge budgets effectively.
  • Support the delivery of a first-class FM service across the portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with occupiers and contractors to ensure smooth running of the sites.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and all necessary documentation is up to date.
  • Assist the wider team in maintaining operational excellence during a period of change.

About You:

  • Proven experience in commercial facilities management, ideally within a multi-site environment.
  • Strong understanding of service charge budgets, compliance, and health & safety.
  • A flexible and hands-on approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident working with both tenants and suppliers.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (desirable).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team and make an immediate impact within a premium central London portfolio.
