We are seeking an experienced and detail-drivenFacilities Managerto oversee the maintenance, safety, and presentation of a prestigious private members club. This role is critical to ensuring the club operates seamlessly behind the scenes while maintaining exceptional standards across all spaces, from front-of-house areas to back-of-house operations.
Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will take full ownership of the clubs physical environment, ensuring it reflects the quality, discretion, and elegance expected by our members.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all planned and reactive maintenance across the club
Oversee contractors, suppliers, and service partners to ensure quality and value
Maintain the presentation and functionality of all front- and back-of-house areas
Plan and deliver preventative maintenance schedules with minimal member disruption
Manage facilities budgets and control costs effectively
Lead on all health & safety and statutory compliance requirements
Be a visible and approachable leader
Ideal Background
Proven Facilities Manager experience within luxury hospitality, hotels, or private members clubs
Strong technical understanding of building services and maintenance planning
Confident managing compliance, contractors, and multiple priorities
Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure
Discreet, professional, and service-led in approach
