Pinpoint Resourcing is seeking a Head of Facilities for a membership organization based in Victoria for a temporary period of 3 to 4 months.
The role requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, along with a strong understanding of NEBOSH or IOSH and current health and safety legislation.
Key responsibilities include leading a facilities team of 5, managing contractors, and overseeing strategic and operational planning, maintenance, and building project management.
The salary for this position ranges from £50,000 to £60,000, with a requirement to work on-site 5 days a week.
