Job Overview:

We are seeking a bubbly and attentive Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive the team towards success.

You will be expected to serve guests requirements to their satisfaction, efficiently and courteously to the Company standard. To supervise, assist and develop waiters on their station, in order to ensure correct procedures and standards are maintained.

The Club opens at 9.30am and closes at 7pm so there are no requirements for very early or late shifts and we also remain closed during Christmas & New Years.

You will be responsible for providing a first-class hospitality experience to our members and their guests, with a warm and friendly approach.

Responsibilities:

- To support the management team in leading restaurant staff.

- To manage table bookings and orders during peak times.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

- Implement and maintain food safety regulations and hygiene practices

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Train new employees on restaurant policies and procedures

- Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment

Characteristics:

- To have a natural preference in busy environments and enjoy working with children.

- Exceptional communication skills, outgoing, a people's person.
