Mechanical Site Manager (Fit Outs)

Artisan are looking for a experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee a commercial fitout projects in various locations in London. The works involve the complete installation of HVAC systems on offices, schools etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site mechanical works, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering the project to the highest standards, on time and within budget.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• A valid CSCS skills card relevant to Mechanical Site Management

• A valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification

• Proven experience managing mechanical installations on commercial construction sites

• Checkable references from similar roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site mechanical works

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site staff

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates

• Liaise with the main contractor, suppliers, and project stakeholders

• Maintain site records and manage documentation
