MEP Site Manager.
Soft stripout & refurb of large shop unit into immersive walkthrough experience.
Start asap until end of the year.
Majority of work at project location in West London (Shepherd's Bush), either onsite or in nearby project office. Some travel to our HQ in SE1 required, probably once a week for reporting.
The role will most be communicating and managing MEP contractors onsite (with limited procurement input) then overseeing commissioning, testing & certification.
They will be working with project team to advise on best approach to re-activation, adjustment of existing MEP services.
We have a small team on this, and the MEP Manager will be working directly alongside fitout manager & site supervisor and reporting directly to project director.
Flexibility and 'out-the-box' thinking will be required for this project, particularly as our Client comes from an arts/festival background and approaches things in their own unique way!
