The project is complex & consists of refurbishment to 2 floors of the building to provide new consulting rooms/MRI suite and nuclear med facility
Types of works that will be carried out on site:
- Fire alarm
- Data
- ELV Electrical
- LV Electrical
- Nurse call
- Security and CCTV
- Medical gas system
- CHW
- LTHW
Mechanical ventilation
Role:
- Working within a team and other management
- Managing Subcontractors
- Running the day to day and H&S and report via Procore management
- Must be able to fully understand and deliver MEP design drawings alongside the works
- Must be able to fully manage MEP shutdowns
- Time served within MEP environment or HND Qualified
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid
- Fire Marshall Ticket
- Must provide 2 up to date references of previous work completed
