Right now, we’re on the hunt for a sharp, detail-loving superstar to join our logistics/operations crew as an Operations Administrator. It’s a key role at the heart of what we do-and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to bring the energy, own their role, and grow with us.

The Operations Administrator role:
Your Responsibilities Will Span 6 Key Areas:
• Email & Communication Management – Keeping inboxes tidy and stakeholders informed.
• Event & Logistics Coordination – Supporting seamless events from planning to wrap-up.
• Document & Data Management – Staying on top of forms, files, and the fine print.
• Meetings & Coordination – Making meetings happen (and making them matter).
• Sales team support – Ensuring a seamless link between sales and logistics and supporting with event admin
• General Admin – Jumping in where needed and keeping everything on track.
A bit about you:
• Experience in operations, logistics, or event planning? Yes please.
• Knowledge of platforms like Jotforms and staffing portals? Even better.
• Expert-level multitasker with a laser focus on the details.
• Strong written and verbal communicator who’s confident working with multiple teams.
• Tech-savvy: you know your way around Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tools.
• Calm under pressure, cool with a deadline, and always three steps ahead.
• Team player who can also fly solo when needed.
• Natural problem-solver with great instincts and solid judgement.
