I am working with a leading building services engineering contractor to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to support the delivery of major projects across the commercial and residential sectors. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of multiple projects, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of complex commercial and residential projects across London
Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
Identify operational challenges and implement continuous improvement strategies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Provide leadership and mentoring to project and site teams
Build strong client relationships and act as a key operational point of contact
Requirements
Proven experience in an operations or project management role within the building services, MEP, or construction sectors
Strong understanding of MEP systems and site-based operations
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
