- Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary.
- Develop operational policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
- Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
- Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure the workforce is utilised effectively.
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
- Evaluate risk to forecast and minimise potential issues.
- Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
- A strong background in operational policies, specifically within a Not for Profit organisation.
