An urgent permanent Operations Manager is needed for a busy Healthcare Building Services Environment in South London.
The role requires a highly technically competent individual in M&E Building Services with at least 5 years of experience.
You will report to the Account Director and serve as the main point of contact for various issues across the site.
Clear communication skills are essential to effectively convey technical issues to the operations team and multiple stakeholders.
The position offers on-site parking and aims for appointment ideally before Christmas 2025, with a salary of £50,000.

An urgent permanent Operations Manager required for a busy Healthcare Building Services Environment in the South London area of London.

Must be highly M&E Building Services technically competent.

Reporting into the Account Director you will be the go to for many issues across the sprawling site, from the operations team to the client liaison in a fast paced environment.

Clear communication skills are a must asthe technical expert.

This particular site has lots of reoccurring issues with age and infrastructure which needs constant addressing and planning as well as being able to describe these issues in laments team to the wider team and multiple stakeholders.

Parking on site and looking to appoint ideally this side of Christmas 2025, if not January 2026.
