Your Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll drive the creation, development, and growth of this new division, shaping the strategy and building a high-performing team. You’ll leverage your experience and industry network to establish a strong market presence.

- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan
- Drive business development and client acquisition
- Recruit and lead a new team
- Oversee bids, contracts, and project delivery
- Ensure safety, quality, and commercial success
- Work closely with preconstruction and commercial teams
