You will oversee daily workshop activities, coordinate resources, and ensure that projects are completed to a high standard of quality, safety, and efficiency.

In the office, you will assist with planning, scheduling, and communication across teams and clients, helping to keep projects on track and ensuring clear alignment between creative vision and practical execution.

This is a hands-on and varied role that requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Your background in creative and fabrication environments will be key in fostering collaboration, problem-solving, and innovation, while also maintaining structure, consistency, and high standards across all areas.
