Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations, including supervising on-site teams.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintaining quality control procedures and ensuring project specifications are met.
  • Monitoring project progress and preparing reports for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • CSCS card, SMSTS, and other relevant certifications are desirable.
