Senior Site Manager
North London

Build Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading social housing contractor based in the London area who are looking for a highly skilled Senior Site Manager to join their team in North London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations for planned maintenance works (SHDF, retrofit, kitchens, bathrooms, externals, roofing, etc.)
  • Manage subcontractors and direct labour to ensure timely and quality delivery of multiple sites/projects
  • Ensure health & safety compliance and site documentation is up to date
  • Liaise with residents, client representatives, and internal teams to maintain excellent communication
  • Monitor budgets, progress, and KPIs to ensure project targets are met
  • Conduct quality inspections and resolve any on-site issues proactively
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within social housing planned works
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and CDM requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (Black or Gold card preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain resident satisfaction
  • Manual Driving Licence
