Pay Rate £44 per hour Umbrella (Not CIS)

Standard hours 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

We are recruiting for a competent Site Manager for our client based in London working for a proncipal contractor.

  1. Role Requirements
  • Competent Site Manager for a principal contractor role.
  • Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and Health & Safety.
  • SMSTS certification expected.
  • Mechanical experience essential (chillers and pipework)

4. Certification & Compliance

  • SMSTS expected 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of construction sites ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with project managers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage site personnel including subcontractors and laborers to ensure productivity and quality.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations industry standards and company policies.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of site activities and progress.

Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.

Support the continuous improvement of site management processes and tools.

Strong understanding of construction processes and site management.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management and site management software.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of integrity and professionalism.
