Hyde is looking for a Customer Insight & Performance Analyst to join our collaborative and values-driven team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment that champions employee wellbeing, continuous learning, and long-term development.

As a Customer Insight & Performance Analyst at Hyde, you will play a key role in collecting, analysing, and reporting performance and customer feedback data. Your insights will help colleagues across the business understand customer experiences, identify areas for improvement, and ensure services meet both contractual and customer expectations.

Key Duties

  • Collect, analyse, and report performance data against contractual and non-contractual requirements.
  • Manage the ongoing collection and reporting of customer satisfaction and feedback data.
  • Investigate performance variances, provide insights into underperformance, and recommend improvements.
  • Scrutinise data accuracy across subcontractor systems and work with colleagues to resolve data and performance issues.
  • Design and deliver quantitative research surveys and reports to support decision-making.

  • Proven experience in performance analysis and/or customer insight.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for using data to improve customer experience.
  • The ability to design and interpret research surveys, and present insights clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete reports to the highest levels of accuracy.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience of Power BI desirable
