Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join one of our prestigious, international law firm clients on a permanent basis. This role will play a key role in driving strategic growth and visibility for the firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for marketing and business development in the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update marketing materials and lawyer bios to reflect expertise
  • Coordinate proposals, RFPs, and presentations
  • Track pitch outcomes and support business planning
  • Identify and manage events, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities
  • Collaborate on thought leadership, newsletters, and client alerts
  • Support legal directory submissions and press releases
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and mailing lists
  • Conduct market research and track industry trends
  • Assist with budgeting, expenses, and administrative tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a law firm
  • Degree in marketing or related field
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and tech skills
