The Job
As the Digital Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Leading end-to-end tracking implementation across GA4, GTM, social pixels and email

Building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio

Providing campaign performance analysis and actionable insights
-
Collaborating across data, product, media and content teams to ensure quality data collection
-
Running QA on all tags, events and triggers to ensure accurate reporting
-
Supporting internal upskilling on analytics tools and dashboards
-
Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure reporting meets business needs
You
-
3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics within an agency or fast-paced environment
-
Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups)

Skilled in setting up tracking across Meta, TikTok, email, and web
-
Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once

Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset

Experience with email reporting tools

Ideally degree educated in maths, statistics, computer science or similar
