Overview:A well-known international retail brand is hiring a junior Ecommerce Catalogue Operations Coordinator to support the setup and maintenance of a new online product catalogue during a key expansion phase. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their ecommerce career to gain hands-on experience with a major player in digital retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of a new online catalogue supporting a new UK distribution centre

• Support weekly newness drops on-site, including categorisation, badging, and QA checks

• Ensure product descriptions are translated correctly across all required languages

• Maintain markdown pricebooks and sale category inclusion; support sale launches

• Regularly update documentation to provide visibility on stock availability for homepage features and email campaigns

• Contribute to weekly reporting tasks for the Catalogue Operations team

• Action ad hoc fixes and assist with ongoing QA to ensure catalogue accuracy

What We're Looking For:

• 6-12 months' experience in an ecommerce/digital role OR a relevant internship or traineeship

• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

• Proactive, solution-focused mindset

• Good communication and a collaborative attitude

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider MS Office suite

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar ecommerce platforms is highly desirable

• Retail experience or product/merchandising background is a plus
