Creative Marketing Specialist

Salary: £32,000 - £34,000 pa plus benefits

The Company

Join a world-leading international technology brand, known for its globally recognised products and market presence. This is a fantastic opportunity and a key role for a Creative Marketing Specialist to manage the coordination, communication and delivery of all assets and materials needed for successful product launches.

The Role

Working within the Creative Department, you will support the creation and adaptation of visual assets and artwork for wider marketing and sales initiatives to ensure brand consistency and maximise impact.

The role will be split roughly in half between project work (product launches) and artwork.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Product Launches

  • Manage end-to-end product launch processes including keeping track of translations, localisation, and communication with stakeholders
  • Create and localise assets like banners, emails, setup sheets, and videos
  • Use in-house platforms and email tools to update content and inform partners of new products
  • Collaborate with translation agencies and content vendors

Artwork & Content Creation

  • Handle ad-hoc design requests (e.g., banners, event graphics)
  • Design static and short-form video content for social media
  • Coordinate photoshoots and use AI video tools to create multi-language content
  • Maintain brand consistency in all materials

Project Management

  • Manage creative project requests and deadlines
  • Maintain and upload product launch assets to internal platforms
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders on translations and communications
  • Execute multi-language email campaigns for various audiences
  • Manage translation projects working closely with external and in-house reviewers

Person Specification

Essential

  • Experience in graphic design, video editing, and HTML coding
  • Experience of working with a Mac is essential as this is a Mac based role
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of AI tools
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Desirable

  • CIM qualification or in progress would be desirable
  • Experience in IT industry marketing
  • Fluency in a second European language would be an advantage but not essential
