Data/ Marketing Analyst- Media Agency

The Role:We're looking for a curious and data-savvy analyst to join our analytics and insights team. This role will focus on uncovering what makes creative campaigns effective - turning performance data into actionable strategies. You'll not only analyse and interpret campaign data, but also shape how creative is tested, optimised, and delivered using our proprietary tools and technologies.

You'll work closely with strategy, creative, and innovation teams - contributing to both client success and internal product development. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending creativity with analysis and wants to be at the forefront of how data is used in digital content.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Dive into performance data across digital campaigns to spot trends, patterns, and actionable insights

  • Deliver compelling presentations and reports that clearly explain your findings to both internal teams and clients

  • Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and developers to inform campaign decisions and tool improvements

  • Contribute to ongoing tool development projects around AI-powered optimisation and automated content tagging

  • Stay curious about what's happening in the industry - whether that's new ad formats, emerging creative trends, or the latest platform changes

  • Strong analytical thinking and a confident grasp of numbers/statistics

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint - capable of turning raw data into well-structured narratives

  • Solid organisational skills - comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines

  • Detail-oriented when it comes to both data accuracy and creative quality

  • Good communication skills - able to present findings with clarity and confidence

  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and grow
