Evolve Recruitment are seeking a highly organised, proactive and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their busy team on a Contract basis. The Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role within marketing to build brand awareness, generate leads and engage the B2B audience. The role supports the Digital Marketing Manager in planning, executing and optimising digital marketing to deliver qualified leads for the business. This role will work across all elements of digital, from website and SEO to email and paid media.

Key Resposibilities:

Website and SEO

  • Support ongoing updates to the website, uploading relevant content, and ensuring it is accurate, engaged and optimised for SEO

  • Review user journey and propose improvements

  • Implement SEO strategies to support uplift in website traffic and conversion

Digital Content

  • Build content for and deliver email campaigns and track performance

  • Adapt and publish content for digital channels

Social Media

  • Working with the Digital Marketing Manager, develop a social media content plan to engage followers and drive website traffic

  • Manage and schedule social media posts key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, LinkTree)
  • Manage inbound social media communication and interaction i.e. responding to comments/reposting
  • Monitor performance and propose new activities to increase engagement

Analytics and reporting

  • Assist in the set up of campaigns, ensuring KPIs will be tracked
  • Track KPIs and create weekly and monthly reports to analyse performance, using tools such as Google analytics, HubSpot

General

  • Liaise with the agencies on a day-to-day basis to deliver results
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team to support the marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing is delivering wider business objectives
  • Ensure brand compliance across digital touchpoints
  • Work together with the brand and marketing team to deliver content in line with their plans

Qualities/qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRM, email and social media content
  • Familiar with website content management, data analysis and optimising user experience
  • Skilled in writing and optimising social media posts
  • Experience of working with key tools such as Google Analytics, Email platforms and social media scheduling platforms
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Well organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytic mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work across different teams and seniority levels.
