Fundraising Operations Assistant (2 months) £13.25 per hour | 21 hours per week | Office-based, Chelsea

We’re working with a leading health charity to find a Temporary Fundraising Operations Assistant to join their friendly and fast-paced team during their busiest time of year.

This role will suit someone who’s highly organised, enjoys working with data and processes, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

You’ll be supporting the Fundraising Operations team with:

Opening and securely processing incoming donations

Updating donor records on the supporter database (Raiser’s Edge – full training provided)

Ensuring donations are acknowledged and fulfilled promptly

Maintaining accurate information around Gift Aid and supporter preferences

Responding to supporter enquiries and assisting with online order fulfilment

We’re looking for someone with:

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

A positive, can-do attitude

The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

(Ideally) some experience inputting data or working in an admin role
