- Lead the end-to-end delivery of all event marketing campaigns, ensuring they are innovative, effective, and commercially driven
- Manage and mentor 2 direct reports, fostering development and high performance Take ownership of all marketing systems, data, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and optimization across platforms
- Work cross-functionally with all teams to ensure success and growth across all projects
Requirements
- Proven B2B event marketing experience, ideally as a Head of Marketing or an experienced Senior Marketing Manager ready to step up
- Strong leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams
- Demonstrable success in driving delegate acquisition and sponsorship revenue through marketing strategies
- Highly organized, proactive, and process-driven, with excellent stakeholder management skills Â
