M&E Project Manager – Commercial Properties (London)

The Role
We are seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to deliver mechanical and electrical projects across a range of commercial properties, including offices, retail, and hospitality venues. You will oversee site teams, contractors, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end M&E projects within commercial environments

  • Control budgets, forecasts, procurement, and subcontractor packages

  • Monitor progress, compliance, and quality, issuing weekly updates

  • Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are site-compliant

  • Lead site teams, carrying out reviews and appraisals

  • Prepare documentation, including O&M manuals and commissioning records

  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders, attending project meetings

About You

  • Proven experience managing M&E projects within commercial properties

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills

  • Proficient in MS Project and MS Excel

  • Financial awareness and experience managing budgets

  • SMSTS qualification (essential)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
